I hope Republicans Get The House

Do whatever you want, and have no Dems to blame when it all goes to shit.
I am too. 3 more justices, reformed immigration plan to enter the country legally, several stagnant govt depts shut down, energy independence to get gas back to $2 or less a gallon, make other countries pay their fair share to the Ukraine effort, incentives for small business - all this without dimwits like AOC getting in the way. It’s going to be great!

This epitomizes the leftist mind. They would happily watch the country turn to shit to punish the citizenry for not giving them power.
I don’t think it is fair to characterize any Harris voter as doing anything “happily” at the moment.

The country made a crystal clear statement that they want what Trump promised. I think virtually all Harris voters believe Trump’s policies and promises are either hollow, or will have very severe unintended consequences for our economy.

None of them (myself included) wanted to be in this situation. But now that we are here, the fastest path to re-establishing sanity in our politics is for the country to see for themselves what they have wrought. The best way to do that is for Republicans to have undisputed control of all branches of government for 2-4 years, Sometimes you have to pay the price for your decisions. I personally want that price to be crystal clear so we never end up here again.

Terrible idea. I have to live here too. I do not want unmitigated Trumpisms in my life. I left Iowa to escape their version of it!

This is where I’m at. I got my popcorn ready for the show. I’ll be happy to be wrong, but I think the next 2-4 years aren’t gonna go the way trumpers, especially the low income ones, think.

Aren’t you the same guy who a week ago thought Kamala was going to win?

Which post? A quote would be nice.

Thanks
When Project 2025 begins to be implemented I want you to remember you called it a red herring last week. A day after the election it was suddenly called their agenda. You’re just consistently wrong about this stuff. The shitty part is none of you will ever admit you’re wrong. Most of my posts the next 4+ years will be “I told you so.”

Granted, I can already see on here by MAGA reactions that, again, Trump can’t do anything wrong. The billionaires love them for it.

On a side note, prices of goods and services aren’t going to be going down. It will be interesting to see the reactions to that reality.

I’ll remember my project 2025 red herring comment.

If you remember your “democracy will end and Trump is Hitler” comments.

We produce carbon products at record rates currently, while exporting a lot of it. How much to we have to produce to get to “energy independence”?

Let’s see if that sticks once Trump gets back in.
They wont end the filibuster. But they will pass whatever they can through reconciliation. Dems set that precedent in stone with they way they passed Obamacare.

So libs, when you start complaining about that, remember that many of us remember.
