Me too….and despise the officiating.
Michigan made their runs but they always had an answer. On both ends. Tough and composed. Love it!
What is our seeding peek? Win out through BTT a 4?
Different team since Fran put Jobo at the 1 and Perkins at the 2..
Playing conservative near the end almost cost them, sometimes they should just go for the jugular!
That was the biggest thing in my drunken viewing of this game.
Every time Michigan made a shot that you would think would get them back in the game, Iowa would either answer with a bucket of their own....or an eventual defensive stop to keep the Michigan run from snowballing.

This is a dangerous team now, I've been a big Fran basher in the past. He's tweaked the lineup, they are playing D, they look as good right now as I've ever seen an Iowa team look.

The officiating I thought was good until about the 8 minute mark then it went batshit crazy in Michigans favor.
I agree 100% I had no issues until the end.
Guessing a 5. Iowa’s playing like a 3 seed but even if Iowa wins the BTT, I want to say they’d still be sub-.500 in Q1 games, and that will probably cost them a bit on Selection Sunday. That, or teams above Iowa need to start racking up losses. The more, and the crappier the opponent, the better.
Probably, although I think a lot of seeding is wide open right now, so who knows.
Alabama is tanking currently off top of my head whose similar to us for an example.
Fran has also done a really good job during this run of sticking with lineups that are working and playing the hot hand. The first half is reasonably scripted, but I think that’s fine. Second half, he rolls with what’s working.
If it wasn't for Gard, Fran absolutely is the BIG Coach of year!
Big thing is getting Patty Mac healthy. He’s been a very solid offensive piece this year, and he struggled tonight.
This. How many ***ing games have we watched where Iowa just couldn’t “get over the hump,” so to speak, because every time we would pull close our ***ing opponent would ***ing pull away.
It was delicious knowing that that’s exactly what the Michigan fans were experiencing tonight.
Great basketball team peaking at the right time. Talent all over the floor to go with the best most dominant player in all of college basketball this year. He can't be stopped right now. JBo playing his best ball of the year by far. Tony playing with a lot of confidence. Kris looking like the heir apparent. Playing defense like they should have all season. Could be a great finish this year.
My sentiment as well. There has been a lot of good moments and some bad moments, but you feel as if this team has a great moment building.
There have been some occasional nits to pick, but largely, he has done a good job.
Absolutely. Fran has this team humming. They are playing like a top ten team.
Unreal what moving JBo back to the point and starting Perkins did.
I and most of us when we heard this were like wtf?! I think a lot of Jobo and Cmac is health and they are probably both as healthy as they've been in a long time.
