Well, in my defense, not only did I not start the thread, but as a recovering Republican I wrote not a single bad word about JFK who was mentioned along with Ike as being 'respectable'. I think he was a pretty good president, as far as they go, though somewhat of a philanderer (kind of like Bill Clinton, minus the rapes).
As far as being a contrarian in general and overly cynical? Guilty as charged.

I'm talking about believing in theories on a similar scale of a glossed over or ignored 1M+ genocide, anything else on that level?
Shank is nuts. I will point out though that the allies after WWI did deliberately starve German civilians, and that the internment of Germans in the US during WWII is routinely ignored.
Well, I don't believe in Area 51. And the dead comedian Bill Hicks kinda' looks and talks like OiT's hero Alex Jones.

One would hope that a lesson was learned after witnessing such depravity, but I fear one would be gravely mistaken.
