Ronald Reagan is not an Anerican hero. IMO, that is an odd group to try to associate with him, especially with King included.
Conservatives from that era jerk themselves off to Reagan photos every night. Their hero worship is weird.

He would mock every last one of you for supporting Putin, he made statements on the value and need for immigrants, and he supported moderate gun control - all positions to the left of today’s GOP.

I'm no fan of Reagan. At all. But for modern day retrumplicans he was the gold standard for conservatism. And the fact is, he would be left of center on gun control, Russia and immigration. Reagan also halted shipments of cluster bombs to Israel in 1982, fearing they were using them against civilian populations in Lebanon.

That is so unfair…nobody treats Russia as an ally. However, it would be nice to know where all the millions are going/being used by Ukraine before millions more are handed over. It’s called stewardship of the American taxpayer’s money. I realize that’s a foreign concept to Dems.
