I agree, I believe the ship has sailed on Bielema and Stoops. Kirk will not be fired and they will both be too old to consider once Kirk retires.

For the next 5 years every year with 7-5 or better record, he is guaranteed 100% of the contract for that number of years for the last 5 years (I think). So if 7-5 or better 4 of the next 5 years he is guaranteed 100% for 4 of the last 5 years on the contract.

We may be in for several seasons of less than 7 wins. It's likely he will miss that benchmark.

I agree. 8-4 at least. It says a lot about the low bar our administration sets for our football program.
