I would pass on this one. If you are 3rd in the depth chart at a BB school then that is one thing. 3rd string QB and Iowa State, or Iowa for that matter, does not spell "starter" in Power Conferences. I would like someone with some mobility/quickness, good/accurate arm and smart.

We have a real OC now, and I'm sure he was brutally honest with DH. The jury is still out on how great of an OC Lester is, but one thing I'm very confident about is that any QB that comes on to Iowa's roster under his watch will be someone who can actually play QB in the B1G.

6-7, 240lbs. Joe Flacco was his comparison so I assume pro style. That size though, that's a big guy!

UNI should be looking at a quick rebound with all of the kids that are suddenly available. The FCS schools are about to become much more competitive as a whole with FBS.
