Also, there is apparently a pretty popular shrine juT over the river from Dubuque you should go visit. Less hookers in SW Wisconsin than Pennsylvania. Midwest wholesomeness and all that.

I went because I'm fascinated with Padre Pio. The shrine is about 150 miles from my house. Wisconsin is much further although maybe I'll go one day.

It looks like the Padre Pio Shrine in New Jersey is just an outside, small thing.

The shrine in PA was an amazing museum plus two chapels.

I stayed in a $200 per night Motel 6. In Tallahassee for an FSU game. It was the hotel I was in when the hot Sheriff deputy came by on his break in full uniform for a little hanky panky.

Even when there on weekdays doing ordinary business trips with no big game looming, prices are ridiculous. You have to drive to Perry or to Georgia to get a decent rate.

Apparently, the domestic violence couple made up because at 4:30.A.M., their headboard was pounding on my wall and they were moaning so loud the guests at the Comfort Inn down the street must have heard them.

My time here at the Motel 6 has come to a close. Time to go home. I definitely won't miss it here, haha.

I'm going to miss it. I am afraid to go to those places. But I enjoy living vicariously through you .

If you've never stayed at a Motel 6 in the middle of nowhere, you've never lived. Pitbulls and prostitutes in the hallways, crying babies, domestic violence. What a gem.

Yeah, that's the beauty of Motel 6. You will be entertained.

Oh yeah, Dickeyville! Worlds Smallest Church Grotto. Back in the day at the old home place the Catholics were always making pilgrimages there.

I have a soft spot in my heart and a hard spot in my crotch for Motel 6. My first time having man sex was in the Motel 6 in Marietta, GA on Delk Rd next to I-75. He was 6'5" and everything was very proportional.
