I'm predicting and hoping a big season for WRs Howard and Buie

Buie is at spring practice but not in pads. That may explain why he isn't on the depth chart.

When was the last time? Just last year. We only avg'd 20 passing attempts per game, but 40 rushing attempts. So we were a 67/33 split last year. I'm guessing we get closer to 28ish passing attempts and 35 rushing attempts next year, which would be more of a 55/45 split, which is honestly where I think Lester would like to be.

Just looking at the stats like that though skews the attempted 50/50 play calling. We got sacked 17 times, so those are pass plays that show up as rush attempts. We kneeled 5 times. And Sullivan especially scrambled a lot which flips a pass play to a run play, but wasn't necessarily a designed run. If he had 15 scrambles (out of his 47 carries) on the year with the 17 sacks we suffered, you've flipped 32 run plays that were actually designed as pass plays. You end up about 23 pass vs 37 rush per game, so 61/39 percent. Considering they tried to throw as little as possible for Stratton's 2 1/2 games too really tips toward the run as well. So I would agree that a perfect gameplan for Lester would be about 55/45.

One of them is 6' 4" and the other maybe 6' 2". They got a taste of it last year and hoping they break out in spring and fall camps, get a lot of reps in the summer with the QBs and have great seasons. The hawks need the passing game to at least get to 180 yds/game, get big chain moving catches, and make some deep catches to back off the opposing Dee.

I have not heard of their 40 times so does anyone know those times?
