Indy

Can someone who went to Indy tell me how much they payed for the tickets? please

$150. Bought them from some OSU fans who went to Indy for the festivities but decided not to go to the game. Face value for the tickets was $90.

150 on stub hub after fees.

I am thinking next year of just buying 10 tickets when they come out in August. If Iowa doesn't make it, sell them to the teams that are playing. Seems like a much better idea, than waiting until the team wins.

100 each for 300 level. Bought off craigslist from a disgruntled OSU fan after the Michigan State game. Had to be quick on it though. They were popping up and disappearing within a few minutes.

We got very lucky.

Sect 426 $150 a piece.

Stuck with my plan of 150 tops or I wasn't going.

Section 422 paid $174 per ticket. Bought them after we beat Purdue to clinch. A week prior, they were going for $125 or thereabouts.

Went over without tickets. got hammered. found nobody selling. scalpers got run off of stadium grounds in part because of counterfeit tickets circulating. I also got asked to leave while hunting for tickets. ended up paying downtown stubhub kiosk 350 per for two. Not good.

in future, would buy early and sell later if not needed.

$70. 4 of us go every year and always have a blast. Wish more Hawkeye fans would join us. Fun watching all the festivities, of course even more fun this year :)

I saw multiple guys selling tickets at ESPN Gameday.

Bought mine for face, 4 hours prior to kickoff the scalpers told me $200 each was the going price. 1 hour before kickoff $300 to $500 each. A lot of hawk fans there without tickets and trying to buy them, shot the price up. We have a large group of bandwagon fans who jump on and off the ship. Not saying that's bad or good, just the way it is. This year at Maryland game, good tickets were $20 to $30, by Minnesota game $150-$200. That's the way it is going forward.

Four of us went over without tickets. Walked by the ticket office and was surprised to see it open at halftime. We paid $70 each for four all in a row. Apparently, a bunch of will call tickets started going on sale right after kickoff.

OK, I'm trying to figure out why all you people told someone with the name Auburn Daily what you paid for a donut let alone tickets...

Except that if Iowa isn't there (and even if they are) ticket demand is likely to be far less than this year's game, which was easily the highest in its brief history.

Well I am going to try and get better seats and hopefully they will be worth selling. I mean the guy that we bought our seats from paid 70 dollars a ticket. Sold them for about a 40 dollar profit. I realize Iowa did bring a big crowd, but if Iowa makes it again I have 10 tickets for my friends and I to have a good time. If not, I am sure I can find a group of people who would want to go to INDY anyways. That atmosphere was awesome.
