Info on the commute to Indy....

Saw some tweets back when we played IU about construction on I-74. Is this still going on? How much will it slow down the commute?

I know on the other side of the QC there is construction. I do not know the progress of it and if they are done yet? Check out the Illinois DOT website I am sure they will have updates for it.

2 days ago I drove from Clive, Iowa to Indianapolis in 7 hours with one stop of about 20 minutes to get gas and eat. There was very little construction. Even in the construction areas both lanes seemed to be open on I 74. I don't know if that was because it was Thanksgiving or not. Fair disclosure I set my cruise control at 78 mph in Des Moines and keep it that way pretty much the entire time, so if you drive slower keep that in mind.
