NCAA stats updated and once again our D just is so damn consistent! Despite very poor tackling during the NW game (way too many missed TFL, Sacks, and tackles that led to big plays) we are so good.
Iowa is 10th in Total D - Yards given up
Iowa is 5th in Scoring D - to me the most important stat for the D is Scoring. - for O it's Scoring with Time of Possession as you can eat up clock as well....
If we can get our O to be above average in the next 3-5 games (Hopeful for 5 games) we have a damn good shot to win out...... I'd take 400 yards of O avg. and 24-27 points on avg. a game the next 3-5 games....
