I does play good defense, but, so do other teams and the O/U isn't 28. the O/U is 28 due in a large part to Iowa having the worst offense in CFB by a large margin.
Iowa is averaging 14.4 points a game against Power 5 teams.
if Iowa has a good defense, then the offense cannot be competent?
I predict Iowa to score 13 or 16
Rutgers 14 or 20
Not predicting a Rutgers win just predicting these numbers in any combination
it's going to be interesting to see what the over/unders look like next year and moving forward, especially with adding the 4 west coast teams.
as noted above, the over/under for USC at #6 Oregon this Saturday is 75.5.
I am afraid this list is only going to grow.

It really is a tribute to our defense to have such low over unders.
All Rutgers had to do was score 2 field goals and the over wins. Iowa's offense did its part (22 points).
Our defense is just so damn good many times we'd have to score whatever the O/U is to reach it.
Just an insane stretch we are on. I keep thinking one of these games the defense or special teams is going to score too and hit the over. I thought for sure in the Rutgers. 27.5 is insanity low....when hit the under and WIN again.
