I'm gonna try to hide this here, but over on the main Rivals board, I'm in the process of entrapping a Nebraska troll, of whom some or many of you are familiar with.

He is the mentally disturbed individual that like spams posts on this website with disposable usernames/accounts often mocking Iowa, the fans, etc.

He's more prevalent on the FB boards, but has occasionally been seen like spamming on the bball, HBOT, and wrestling boards as well. So while I'm attempting to "hide" this thread here on the wrestling board, I'm not operating under the illusion that this troll won't see it, which is fine.

I don't mind at all if he finds out that he's been set up.

With that out of the way, all I ask from my fellow Hawk fans, is to click the link to the thread below and vote for Nebraska in the poll. I know most of you probably can't post on that main board unless you are subscribed to Rivals or your account was grandfathered in, but you should still be able to vote, and that's all that's needed.

The poll itself is merely a ruse to draw out as many of the spam accounts by this Nebraska fan so that the mods can delete them. There's already 28 accounts that he's created just to vote in this poll and unwittingly shared for the mods to delete.

I simply ask that you all help finish the job by helping Iowa win the poll and get the last laugh, as well.

The "scout team LB" thing...it's amazing how many people remember that from the UCLA game. It was a mistake by the announcer. The emergency guy BEHIND Stratton was the guy who moved from LB to QB. Stratton was always a QB. I always chuckle when I hear it repeated--he's tall and skinny. Clearly not a linebacker.

I assume you wanted Iowa fans to vote that Nebraska should be removed from the Big Ten, but you said vote for Iowa. Played QB and DB at Shitty High. Threw the ball to TE Ben. Hurt most of senior year. Walked on because he's a Hawk, and the fam don't need no dough. Practices as both QB and DB. He's better than anyone on the team. Likely will split if they don't let him compete for the job.

Has a better arm, moves better than any statue that's played for Iowa in the last 4 years, and is smarter too. Talent is talent and will rise to the top if allowed to, or splits.


Our QB play in the last 4 years should tell you we don't have the right coaches or system. Kirk and Mary need to shape up or ship out. The latter is better if Phil Parker stays.

Don't let your thinking be deluded by "Coach knows best" when they offense has been pitiful for too long.

Everyone knows the only reason Kirk had Brian as OC for so long was that Mary would not stand for firing her own son. So Beth had to do it. Kirk has done well for Iowa, but his day has past. He's lucky Parker saved his ass these last few years.
