The ABC lawsuit was a defamation suit along razor thin lines amounting to a frivolous amount compared to the costs of a continued legal battle. Unfortunately, ABC ceded the fight along economic lines rather than principal.

Here's a novel idea. The free press consolidates and countersue the Orange Turd. Takes it to the end. Nip this assault on free press in the bud and put another arrow in the Orange Pharo's heart.

That's a great idea but given how the "free" press had managed Trump over the last 10 years I wouldn't count on it. They enjoy giving him BJ's too much.
