To my fellow Penn State alum and fans, have some respect for Iowa wrestling and their message board. Iowa has been a pillar for our sport. Wrestling fan first, PSU wrestling fan second.

Thank you, Hawk fans! I enjoy reading this board.
Agree! As a PSU fan and a fan of wrestling in general, I was finding coverage of our sport seriously lacking. Happening upon this site and a few others (including PSU's Rivals forum) really filled in a lot of the blanks. We,as wrestling fans need to pull together for the benefit of this great sport. With the crisis football is going through, we have an opportunity to advance our sport beyond the niche level, as long as we all pull on the same end of the rope. That starts with mutual respect! Thank you Iowa fans.
I love reading this board, It definitely is the most active board I have found. I agree Cali but some people on both sides can't help themselves

Bravo Cali, I have personally met some of the guys on this board at nationals over the years and I can say without reservation that those guys are some of the best wrestling fans in the country. Mutual respect for each others programs was very evident. We are more or less the new kids on the block, that's why some of our guys get carried away. WE ARE...all fans of the sport!!

Right back at you GOLDBANGER. Even if my old age and brain is getting weak was gald you could help me out. Most of your fans are a ok, we have some bad apples but then they even make it interesting if you have the tough skin. Man the B10's is going to be as good as nationals this year with Penn State, Iowa,Ohio State and Illinois and Nebby. Over half of the national champs will come out of the B10's.
Several times at NCAA Championships I have socialized with PSU fans. I have only good experiences. Do keep in mind that every fan base has some turds in it, including Iowa's. Don't judge the whole by the turds.

Came out of hiding to say thank you all for making this a great message board. Always great thoughts, opinions and insight here. I quit posting in fear of being thrown in with other more opinionated PSU fans and being labeled a troll. I'll never stop reading though. Again, thank you!!

I think for the most part, posters from both fanbases are fairly respectful and the debates are fun. I try not to let extremists on both sides (like Lemon Pie for PSU or Wildturk for Iowa) ruin the rep of an entire fanbase.
