what's interesting is that Iowa State's AD has come out & said they can't afford to pay players $22M/year

It will be interesting to see how all of this money that Iowa has (and Iowa State doesn't) affects recruiting for both programs

You’re not reading that right. Last year’s budget had $61.8M. This year’s budget will contain $75.2. They didn’t receive $75.2 this year, it’s what’s expected for next year.
