Iowa State or Purdue?

I actually agree with this. I have many Iowa State friends and have usually rooted for them in the past, but I have to admit I thought a lot of their players' comments before and after the Iowa loss were classless and pathetic. Outside of a couple Iowa State fans who have been enjoyable to interact with on this board, a lot of other Iowa State fans have been incredibly annoying, not to mention the acme of arrogance and stupidity.
For this group of Cyclone players and those crummy fans who have felt inclined to troll this board with their special brand of idiocy, wouldn't break my heart one bit to see Purdue completely kick Iowa State's ass in the 2nd half and really blow the game open.
I'm also getting sick and tired of hearing the NIT jabs and quips. There weren't too many Iowa fans going into this year who thought Iowa would likely finish with a 10-8 conference record and get wins against all the top tier teams in the B1G (I'm not going to even address Minnesota), so in many respects, the Iowa team exceeded expectations. Oh, and they also beat the piss out of Iowa State back in December--so there's that too.
Yep, Purdue has to continue to scrap and keep this game a half court game in the 2nd half. Iowa State has too much firepower.
Also, no one knows for sure how Iowa State basketball will look a couple years from now. Obviously, they will take a major step back next year having to replace so much, but getting cocky and stupid is a Cyclone thing.
Funny thing is next year isu will be in same spot as Iowa this year playing freshman with little experience returning. Let's see how good they do next year. Non seniors have 2 points at half for the clones. When isu losses basically be the end of the hoiberg era.
Beat them once and got crushed once. I liked the win better but maybe we had to get crushed once to learn which we apparently did.
You know that, I know that, but many Cyclone fans are convinced they are a blue blood program and nationally relevant, and that same learning curve will not apply to their team next season.
Yes, I'm sick of their fans mentioning Iowa state like they are Kentucky, duke, Arizona, etc. they are a top 25 team this year and then next year they should be .500 or so.

That or if you see a foul, call the foul. If it turns into a FT contest so be it. That will stop when players start fouling out.
I agree but officials get into a mode of calling ticky tack fouls and anticipate fouls that don't actually occur.

I haven't seen any controversial calls go against them. This half most of the 50/50 calls have gone in favor of ISU.
Not that this has anything to do with tonight's game, but it's gonna be super funny when the Clowns end up in the MAC.
