The harsh reality is the 2018 Iowa Baseball team is not very good. We are bad offensively, struggle to get extra base hits. Our pitching depth lacks besides a handful of guys.

It's going to be a struggle to make the conference tournament.

I knew the offense would take a step back with Adams leaving and also McCoy, but this is not good at all what we've seen.

I think the Hawks will do okay in conference play. There are some bad teams. Hawks got back to back singles from Neustrom and Cropley, no outs in the 9th down 4-2

You've got to find a way to put the ball in play and make something happen when you have 2 on with no outs in the 9th.
