My 9 year old son has been BEGGING to go see Caitlin Clark in person. So we are making a 300 mi Spring break trip to Iowa for the kids’ first Hawkeye game. I want to really make it special. Does anyone know if there will be a Hawkeye huddle or any other activities going on?
Did you get tickets already? They sold out quick.
I assume they have to hold back tickets for the other 3 schools, so maybe there will be some available before game time.

Yes! I was on there at 9:00 and after getting errors I finally got them around 9:15. Now to find a hotel…
New NCAA record again in the first 2 rounds for attendance that was previously held by Iowa from last year! Impressive.
Yep, I was online by 9:04 am, put in virtual waiting room, wasn’t able to buy! Glad it’s sold out tho!
Seems like a perfect time to enforce their "policy" on resale of tickets.

The university is affiliated with StubHub and gets a percentage of sales. Every home game, you'll see the "StubHub fan of the game "at carver or kinnick. They get moved to better seats. They're not going to ban resale tickets from a site they're connected with.
I got online at 9:01 and was able to secure three tickies. Looking forward to it!
If any of those other three schools have extras, I think they'll find a better way to get rid of them than to give them back to Iowa. They could end up on stubhub.

Went to the Big ten tournament. Heard to to that, I'll watch these games at home eating prime rib
I was going to go but I don’t think you’ll be able to get seats at a reasonable price. I’ll be staying at home. Go Hawks.

Look around the area first, and then scour Iowa City/Coralville if you're feeling lucky.....
The drive is not enough of a hassle to find something cheaper and/or quicker.
I say we get approval to let more fans in like that game in the late 80s against Ohio State that set the NCAA record at that time.
Remember the saying about "Dogs that chase cars and golf pros who have to make 5' putts" not being long for the world.......add the above to this list.
I was able to get one in coralville. There were still several hotels with open rooms.
Just sold them to a friend, sorry.
UofI definitely left money on the table not selling Friday and Sunday separately. But maybe the NCAA made them do it that way?
Coming from the North, try Cedar Rapids. Quad Cities are a good choice to the East
