All due respect and I share your enthusiasm but for now they’re a really big fish in a small pond….. hope that changesHWC could become a powerhouse for women’s wrestling. The pieces are in place to trend this way.

All this girl does is win. Awesome job Nyla!
I concur with your small pond take. I am hoping the gals with 1 or two years of eligibility stick around with HWC.All due respect and I share your enthusiasm but for now they’re a really big fish in a small pond….. hope that changes
Absolutely ❤️I concur with your small pond take. I am hoping the gals with 1 or two years of eligibility stick around with HWC.
As it stands, we are all in on Spencer. If he stays healthy, HWC gets a big image change. We have work to do.
We'll see, but Han looks like a gamer, with powerful legs and physical attacks. With Chun's coaching, this gal ain't takin back seat to nobody. Not expecting a lot from Han, but she'll be a great practice partner for Estrella.
the women's team has officially arrived!I see we have our first RoomGal™️
I am so not caught up in rankings...this staff knows what they are looking for. They have their pick of girls... if they want her than she has something they like. Not expecting a lot from Han, but she'll be a great practice partner for Estrella.

She's the 13th ranked wrestler in the country at her weight, regardless of age. 3rd at Fargo as a HS junior. Are we sure we should be so pessimistic?
No pessimism here.
She is also a senior that finished 3rd at Fargo this year.
We all good. That was more of a message to all than you specifically. Also, Fargo Nationals don’t start until this weekend. Perhaps she was a high school senior in 2021 and that’s why I’m wrong.

and finished third at both the 2022 Fargo Junior Nationals and Folkstyle Nationals
We all good.
And I guess I got to get better sources than HawkeyeSports (and I mean that seriously)
Ya made me actually go look and realize I am dumb. Thanks
I was wrong once a long time ago…. Can’t remember what about but I do get progressively dumber every day 😎We all good.

Is this the old "I was wrong once. It was when I thought I was wrong, but I wasn't."?I was wrong once a long time ago…. Can’t remember what about but I do get progressively dumber every day 😎
You’re not wrongIs this the old "I was wrong once. It was when I thought I was wrong, but I wasn't."?
Naw…. I think he’s just documenting his fall into self awareness? It can all be down hill from there. Is this the old "I was wrong once. It was when I thought I was wrong, but I wasn't.
Here’s a link to all of the ranked girls who will be at FargoSpeaking of Jr. Nationals do we know which incoming women are competing at Fargo next week?

Room full of killers right there.Awesome team photo below. A couple of additions that I hadn't heard about.
TJ Bingham, a freshman out of Texas and Anayka Besco, a junior transfer from Dixie State.
thanks for sharing this!Nice collection of short inteviews of all the wrestlers. I haven't made it through all of them yet, but a common theme is that Coach Chun was a huge factor in the decision to come to Iowa. I'm sure it's no surprise for those involved with women's wrestling, but still awesome to hear just how much the wrestlers look up to her.
Just glad all of the West coasters are already enrolled before having to experience their 1st winter in Iowa!
