My observation is that Iowa somehow turned a blowout into a nailbiter. Iowa's offensive and defensive lines were dominant (see time of possession), and yet we won on a last second fg.

Fwiw- Iowa was 2-4 this year in games that mattered to me. Beat ISU and the Fuskers (barely), and lost to W, PSU, P and NW. Overall a turd of a season.

Crazy thing is Riley had top 25 recruiting classes at Nebbie. Frost walked into a good situation with lots of talent on that roster. He was only able to manage 4-8 campaign.

He needs to find another QB to rotate in. Martinez is a nice player, but running that system your QB is bound to get hurt. Have to have more bullets in the chamber if Frost is gonna be successful.
