Is CaitlynC doing her own NIL contracts outside of Swarm?

It seems that she has such a huge following that advertisers, people who want her to make appearances, etc would directly call her business people. I know she cannot have an athletic agent yet but she has to have legal and contract business team members?

She does Nike and Hyvee and I assume a few others and I would not think she would work with the Swarm people to get these deals.

Until recently her mom Anne was handling all that. she has a degree and worked in marketing I believe. About a month ago Clark signed with Excel sports management who handle a lot of big pro contracts. Not sure if this was becoming a lot for mom, but this move increases her reach and scope more nationally. Not sure who was responsible for the State Farm signing. As far as agents, I imagine those rules went out the window with NIL, but I'm not sure. You would think if they will allow these players to make $$ off their name, image and likeness it would be okay to have someone help them with that.

No...her uncle Mike Nizzi was running everything...he negotiated the deals w/ Nike, Hy Vee, etc...and I believe is still the DOO of CC22, which is the LLC that she runs all of her business through.

I believe that Mike is Anne's brother, (CC's uncle), and I think he and Anne were both involved. It was reported that Anne retired to help with this. Who holds what titles in the LLC I don't know. I do know that Excel is now going to be doing much of her marketing.
