I think you put every mascot name and logo to a vote among Native Americans. They can decide which are offensive and which are not. All teams pledge to change whatever is deemed deemed offensive.

Anything that is tribe/nation specific is voted on by just those members.

I think the Indians need to change their logo away but otherwise I'm fine. It does depend on the team/situation. Redskins is definitely an offensive, racist term.
