They know how to target suckers for a good grift.
Biden is on board with the narrative.

Judging from the pic, he's in his own kitchen.
Clearly his kitchen is a very dangerous place.
If not, just imagine what additional gear he'll be packing if he ever leaves his house. Or his mother's house, as the case may be.
