Steiber lost in OT, injuring his knee in the process. Couldn't put any weight on his right leg leaving the mat.hayes-141 little Jordon-149
Once you ignore the myth-making, he's essentially another good guy behind Ringer at 165. May be a different story up a weight, but the Buckeyes are stuck with the lineup they have this year.It can't be much of a surprise for anybody that has seen BoJo wrestle this year. He just hasn't looked very good. I don't know how else to put it. He looks like he's regressed quite a bit. He looks slower and weaker compared to last year. I can't be the only one that thinks this.
I feel bad for Steiber as the guy just can't ever seem to stay healthy, and seems to battle one injury after the other.Steiber lost in OT, injuring his knee in the process. Couldn't put any weight on his right leg leaving the mat.
His coach keeps putting him out there.I feel bad for Steiber as the guy just can't ever seem to stay healthy, and seems to battle one injury after the other.
His elbows aren't hurt anymore a tommy johns surgery isn't easy to come back from within a year, but after the Wisconsin match looks like his collegiate career might be overHis coach keeps putting him out there.
I don't think its myth making, he should be at 174. Plus there are so many kids who come in with so many exoectations, just let th kids wrestle, let us enjoy!Once you ignore the myth-making, he's essentially another good guy behind Ringer at 165. I had tommy John surgery many years ago and yes, coming back from that surgery within a year is an aggressive timeline given the physicality of the sport. Personally I think he's simply had a stream of bad luck given one thing gets fixed, then something else pops up. Unfortunate for a young athlete. His elbows aren't hurt anymore a tommy johns surgery isn't easy to come back from within a year, but after the Wisconsin match looks like his collegiate career might be over
Reminds me of the Dylan Alton situation. Streibler's guts cost us the B1G championship (among other things) so he will continue if it will help his team.
