It's getting weird. I have no doubt the allegations against the dump truck driver, and the condition of truck are true, by the way. The other stuff, it's weird. But, Florida is a weird place. I can see a 3rd world drug and kidnap plot going down in Florida.

I think in these you add everyone and let the courts figure it out. I’m surprised the brake company on the trucks hasn’t been named.

I'm guessing his insurance company is unwilling to pay out since he was s***faced drunk and the family is desperately looking for any alternate story that might result in them collecting an eight-figure check.
