What I’ve said many times now is that throwing a few ice cubes in no/way/shape/form justifies a multi-punch assault from behind. JBo deserved to be kicked out…..little b!tch Nicky deserves jail time.

Both people are wrong here. ISU athlete shouldn't have resorted to violence, but Bohannon (by several accounts) had it coming. Unfortunately for the ISU kid, assault is a crime. Fortunately for Bohannon, acting like a d-bag isn't a crime. Both need to stay out of bars.
