I know it's early, but in another thread we are talking about whether Iowa will really finish 16th or 17th in the B1G. In another thread, there's complaints that things are slow in this forum. And if you don't like this topic, just skip this thread for now.
Right now, Joe Junardi/ESPN essentially has Iowa 13th in the B1G.

Hey now. You can't say that here! Truth equals negativity and this is a positive forum only. Kool Aid drinkers only.Exactly. We have the same coaching staff as the last decade overall. Until we start making defense a priority from the TOP down we're never going anywhere come March to April.....

Utah State as a 6 seems correct. They will be a tough out for a lot of teams. They may end up as a 4 or 5.
Winning 3 of the next 4 would put Iowa in a good spot. Let's beat SC and go on from there. Road is tough against anyone, even Minny, which seems to clearly be the worst B1G team.

This chart doesn't match reality of the NET. Iowa is Quadrant 2 (opposing team home), and Quad 1 (opposing team away). IMHO I think this guy's tiers suck.
Without knowing who they play, yes.15 games left. I think we need to go 9-6 down the stretch to be a lock. 8-7 and we'll be on the bubble, but probably outside looking in.
Without knowing who they play, yes.
Looking at the remaining schedule, I’m guessing 8-7 is probably a lock too. 7-8 would probably make them a bubble team.
Of course, it all depends on how those wins and losses are distributed.🙂

We have 5 games left against team currently above us in the standings, 4 of those are at home. Need to take at least two of the upper tier home games (5-2H) and to beat some of the bad teams on the road(4-4A). Puts us at 12-8.Every home game is certainly winnable. Reality is we need to put the hay in the barn over the next month because the last 4 games are tough.
It’s Frans benching, and throwing away the key when they get 2 fouls.Hey now. You can't say that here! Truth equals negativity and this is a positive forum only. Kool Aid drinkers only.
Why? They looked awful vs Nebraska and Iowa.Indiana will make it in
ISU and Iowa potentially both in Milwaukee. Fun. 1986 both teams played in Minneapolis. Great time.Jan 14, 2025 Update:

You can add USC to that list.Maybe we can wait until Iowa plays those opponents? 🤔
