Hey I'm just a messenger I heard it amongst friends at dinner earlier, I assumed it was something a lot of people knew. They said something about him wanting to stay out east. Thank you everyone for already reprimanding me because it was my first post. Very welcoming.
I hope it's not true very excited about him coming to IC. A couple of my friends mentioned it at dinner and they follow college basketball crootin religiously. Thought i'd reach out to the people on this board to see if they have heard anything about that because I don't believe them.

So you are having dinner with friends and are talking about a high school athlete from out east who's going to Iowa that may want to stay at home and have no interest in your school. I am more curious how the subject came up at thay dinner table vs knowing the source.
I'm an Iowa alumni as well as my friends so that's how the topic came up. Like I said, I didn't believe them so I reached out to this board to see if there were any legs to this. If you all want to act like I'm a troll, so be it.

Speaking of Joe T, I can't wait for him to hit the floor at CHA! I have to say I am probably more excited, or rather just as excited,, for Toussaint as I was for Joe W & TC. I truly believe that he is the missing piece of the puzzle, if his defense is all that or more....
Joe T is the first recruit I am excited for since Cook. Of course I was excited for Joe W but he was not a tough guy to recruit, he was always going to be a hawk. I just pray Joe T is not a reincarnation of Dickerson.

I came on this board to get more information, not to stir the pot. Perhaps I could of phrased my first post better, but at that point I believed this was a known rumor.
I do not think that Joe T will be a reincarnation of TD. From the videos I have watched, Joe looks like he is very good at distributing the ball. Not selfish and does not always look to score, unless the clock is running low. Which is great... And he is mindful of defense, he has stated he wants to be a great defender, that is HUGE.
Flip that. I would say it is closer to 87.5% chance of being a troll...
You “came here for more information” but there is no question in your original post. Just a rumor that is posted as if factual despite nobody here hearing of it. No source of information. Your only source when pressed are University alumni who have no special tie ins to either Joe or the program.
