When Jon did his Podcast with Deace he was very right wing. Ever since his daughters have grown up he has done a hard turn to the left. He's a lot different now with his political and social takes. He used to be a big anti-gay person and has since been more accepting. He also does not associate with Deace anymore.

Interesting. I found him to be a tolerant guy when he ran this place. Chatted with him briefly at a bowl game. I’m glad he found the light.

Maybe a gay daughter or other family member had something to do with it? A lot of conservatives lack empathy so it takes a situation in their own families for them to find the capacity to understand. That's what happened in the Cheney household.

He’s got a pretty sweet house and took his daughter to see Taylor Swift. I think he does pretty well.
