If the border bill was so bad why did the border patrol union endorse it? Are they woke now too?
Alabama has no room to call other countries “third world”.

Did you see the quote from the union lead? He basically said the current admin had done so much damage to the ability for them to do their job that at this point they'll take anything...
Quite the endorsement.
Reality is the Biden admin proudly proclaimed that they had undone all of the trump admins measures to secure the border on day 1. He could undo the damage with the stroke of a pen any time he wants, but won't for political reasons. No bill is needed to enforce the laws that already exist.

Here’s the thing though - the fact they will bald faced lie doesn’t matter because the message resonates with their intended audience regardless of its accuracy.
Sometimes I click on ignored members’ posts out of curiosity, and then I remember why I put them on ignore. I suggest you do the same.

Here's the two things that really caused this speech to go off the rails - 1) they clearly wrote parts of it intending to attack Bident for being old, doddering, etc.; when anyone watching both speeches or even parts of SOTU had clear evidence that Biden was anything but. 2) the delivery was especially weird.
I wish I knew when rebuttals from the opposition party became a big thing - you'd think amongst other things they'd have multiple speeches ready; or at least portions that could be tweaked based on the speech it's supposedly in response to this. But also, why aren't these speeches kept short and sweet, as well as something that can allow the speaker to respond directly to what the president actually said. That might be the biggest problem imo - idk how you can honestly say it was a rebuttal when it didn't really rebut anything Biden actually said (more than most of these speeches, it was so obviously written in advance), they were more attempting to speak to his general talking points.
Wow, that is so spot on. That just happened at my company (fortune 500). They claimed the layoffs were because they were hearing the employees about wanting a raise.
This is what happens when there are zero consequences to lies and you have a brain dead cult so brainwashed now, that they were likely spellbound by her performance.
You clearly have not read the actual bill.
It poured significant resources into border security including asylum courts that would greatly expedite that process. Quick adjudication of these asylum claims is the key to discouraging those who are not legit to not even come up and try.
Trump's measures were overturned by the courts until the pandemic. Pandemic is over so those are no longer applicable.
Rejection of this gop- constructed bill by GOP is pure Trump politics at the expense of the country.

...and with beefed up IRS resources, going after the thousands of high-wage earners who have never filed taxes, and looking to increase fair-rate taxes on corporations, stock buybacks, etc, you must be pretty much all-in on Biden then, right?
What about the obvious lie regarding the sex trafficking that happened in Mexico, and not anywhere near the U.S. and more than a decade before Biden was even President?

She cut Biden to pieces with her remarks, everything Biden stated she proved was either inaccurate or a downright lie.
It was refreshing to hear someone talk without mispronouncing words or slurring their words.
Unlike Biden she never lost her thoughts or forgot where she was at during her rebuttal to the Joe Biden Pack of Lies talk.
She is a shining star in American politics.
