Katie Britt--Republican Response

Conservatives have to take every crumb they can get.
They really messed up dissing the bipartisan border deal, brokered by a couple of their own. That and the repealing Roe is their kryptonite. Dens need to press the advantage…win in November and then watch as #45 plea bargains his awaiting prison time.

The entire thing is hard to watch without laughing.
I laughed more watching this then anything else that’s on tv today.
She looked physically ill last nite.

Her skin was blotchy red and spotted.
Maybe she was just nervous?
Maybe she knew her lies weren't convincing?
Maybe she realizes Biden's speech was good.

Another bad day for Republicans.

What the heck accent is that? I seriously couldn't understand more than half the words that came out of her mouth.
She immigrated from Ukraine and seemed pro-Ukraine but has now railed against the Ukraine gov with a lot of apparently Russian talking points/conspiracies against President Zelensky

Her surprise appearance, the circumstances of which have not been previously reported, was initially viewed as a welcome addition – albeit an unusual one – as lawmakers sought to rally Western support for Ukraine amid Russia’s bloody assault on the country that began a week earlier.

But members who were part of the official trip told CNN that Spartz was “argumentative,” “accusatory,” and “unhelpful” during key meetings with NATO members, generals and government officials, sparking concern that her presence was doing more harm than good.

“She crashed our CoDel. She was like a bull in a china shop,” said one GOP lawmaker, who like other members for this story was granted anonymity to speak more freely about a colleague and due to the sensitive nature of the subject. “I don’t know if it was pent-up frustration or she didn’t feel like she was getting enough proper information, but she was just accusatory and rude.”
.....................................

That bipartisan frustration over Spartz’s behavior was only the beginning. In the nearly six months since the war began, Spartz has publicly criticized the Ukraine government, peddled corruption allegations against the Ukrainian government and some of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s top aides, and spurred complaints from her colleagues that she is mirroring pro-Russia talking points.

If this can become an attorney certainly anyone can.

This is the same senator that worked with Senator Lankford on the bipartisan immigration bill. That was a good thing. Then what happened to that bill? That's right, trump jumped in there to destroy it and guess what, the simpleton voted against it. Just another big mouth republican with no backbone, no guts or no integrity.
...and guys on this board are now telling us it was a bad bill. Give me a break.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this or not. But like her over the top acting, her description of the person being raped was way to graphic for that moment. I wonder, is that what she tells her kids while she's sitting around the table.

Well if you name your kid Ridgeway, that's a hell of a problem to begin with. Thankfully her husband is a giant mountain of a man so ole Ridge will grow to 16 feet and play football at Alabamey, much like pops.

Half a million women are raped each year in the US but the GOP cares about this one because it was a brown guy who did it.

White Guy: "She was probably asking for it"
Orange Guy: "Always A-OK, and should never be held accountable in any trial for it"
Brown Guy: "WHOA THERE!!!! THAT IS A BRIDGE TOO FAR!!!"

She knew how to get Trump hard. Reminded him of Epstein island.

Bingo. But this happens everywhere by people that are prejudiced and have an agenda.

You see this stuff with the military abroad. I read there are 19 rapes a day AVERAGE against Japanese women from Japanese men that are REPORTED but rarely obviously are seen on the news. An American GI rapes a local woman 3 or 4 times a year and it's the biggest news story in the paper. "We really need to get these animals out of the country".

Alabama has some enormous people. Both height wise and girth wise.

And don’t get me started on what weird ass names parents give their kids these days. Anastasia and Neville were “weird names” in my day but at least they’re legit. No child should ever have to go through life being named Larkin or Lexington. Reminds me of that George Carlin bit “Guys Named Todd”.

Appears the Senator’s dramatic description of her meeting with a person who was sex trafficked in the US as a 12 year old because of Biden’s border policy has a few problems:

It was in Mexico, not the US.
It was almost twenty years ago.
And the President at the time was George W. Bush.

Of course.
