Kidnappers These Days!

When I was a kid you could rely on kidnappers to swipe kids up from the park after school. Maybe the less thoughtful kidnapper might nab a boy from a paper route at 6AM. These early morning kidnapping is just another sign this place is going to hell.

This type of story makes me sick to my stomach. Along with the thread about the two young kids being chained in their bedroom without food or water for a majority of the day. How the F are people so vicious to their own offspring? These stories depress me and I hate reading them. I'll hug my kids a little tighter tonight. RIP to the little guy who's father was too much of a pussy to kill himself without killing his young son too.

There are times when I read stories like that and think that the human race is doomed...

It's something like...the day and age we live in, there is a distinct excess of people having kids who are not emotionally/mentally capable of raising kids...like their mental capacity to know right from wrong is "substantially lacking" for some reason.

It's not any different from any other time in history, it's just more publicized now.
