Thought I'd throw the dude a bone. I've always admired the kind of wrestler Klapp is, the kind that does whatever is best for the team. Klapp has stepped in at 174, 184 and 197 (where he is clearly undersized) and done well for himself. His career record with the Hawks is 69-20. I'm sure that Burak will get the start this year and it's probably the best thing for him (Nathan) and the team, but part of me wishes that he would shirt and Klapp would get to start (rooting with my heart I know) but he seems to have a little Rudy Ruettiger in him.

Great post, and very true about his willingness to do anything for the team. Kris is a tremendous young man, and I hope he goes out with a great season.

We've always needed guys like young Mr. Klapprodt, always will. That said, put the best team out there every single year and let the chips fall where they may.
