As much as I dislike ISU, have to give them serious props for 1 thing.. Their student support for basketball is unreal.
Yep, cannot question their student loyalty and support for BB. I certainly couldn't do the whole camp out a week before the game in freezing cold.
As to the game, it's a win-win for us. ISU wins and it's better for our SOS and seeing KU lose is fun anyway. Then again, seeing ISU blow a home game after all the hype would be pretty funny.

If I ever lived in a shithole like Ames I'd probably do the same thing.

I see how a ku win can make the b1g look a little better...not sure how the isu win does anything for us.
I don't really care much about all that though. This is basketball, not football...every deserving team will get their chance come march.

Iowa State winning or losing vs Kansas has zero impact on where Iowa is seeded in the NCAA tournament. Iowa controls is own destiny, is 7-3 against top 50 teams (and improving) and has zero bad losses. ISU is not going to fall out of the top 50.
Would relish an opportunity for Iowa to go against this Kansas team. Just as I would for Iowa to go against this ISU team again.
Iowa State is not a basketball team. They are a bunch of guys wearing the same shirts.

If I were KU, I would do everything possible to get Niang to his fourth foul when he comes back in. Such a different team without him.
It just looks like it when compared to the women of Ames.
I don't see the offensive firepower, skill or shooting out of KU to take advantage. If they had it, they would've been up 15 plus at halftime
I just commented out loud to The Female, the last 2 times McKay touched the ball, he traveled, and didn't get called for either one. Let'em play apparently! LOL!
