It's not just the laughable "game plan" they bring, it's lack of adjustments, discipline (team always earning dumb penalties), predictability, refusing to adjust to your "talent", terrible clock management. Even dumb time outs that cost us points or games.

We have a coach that's completely over his head in today's college game. Thanks to Barta, we have him 10 more years!

It benefits us because we can take guys that weren't big name recruits in high school and make them good enough that they can win games for us. But recruiting and play calling have a lot of room for improvement.

KF definitely seems like a far better coach when he is a little concerned for his job safety. Thanks to the utter stupidity of Gary Barta that is no longer an issue.

Up tempo works. I think KF gets tired trying to keep up with it so he tells them to slow down.
