My suggestion for Biden?
Target undecideds/independents. Don't ignore the base, ignore #Cult45 but target the bulk in the middle. Those are who will win or lose the election. Push for voter turnout, explain why he's better than Trump and use Trump's words against him. Biden doesn't even need to get into Trump's policy. Continually hammer on the insane things he says and does and tweets.

His campaign message, to this point is, "Look at this guy. Are you sick of this shit yet? Vote for me. You'll be able to forget that we have a President for a few days".
Right now, I find that pretty friggin compelling.
I feel so bad for these doctors and epidemiologists that now have to go on TV and respond to questions about why it's a bad idea to use household cleaners to treat coronavirus. Plus, they have to do it in a serious way and not laugh. What a waste of their time.

And intimidate whistleblowers. Americans shouldn't tolerate it regardless which party is running the WH or Congress.
They tried using the same strategy they use with climate change on this. Downplay the worst predictions as "alarmist" and "overreacting" and focus on the benefits of not taking action because people like those things. The problem is, unlike climate change, they are still in office when the "alarmist" and "overreacting" predictions start to come true.

Spot on. I'd pointed out the disinformation game the GOP was playing followed the exact same script a month ago. This one will catch up to them much more quickly - but what is astounding is that it actually worked early on, and despite most of them knowing what the result would be (thousands more deaths in the coming weeks) they did it anyway.
