350% and higher markups is what we are getting with the "solutions" the Kushner/Trump WH is providing. And you can bet nearly ALL of those markups and wasted $$ is going directly to campaign donors.

Which is exactly why having a coordinated, centralized, federally run plan, modifiable for each state is vital for a proper national response. Telling states or major federal entities they have to figure it out on their own isn't a plan, it's a failure and a national disgrace.
