Economy was good but I wouldn't exactly call 2.3% GDP in 2019 roaring. The last 3 quarters of 2019 averaged less than 2.1% They exploded the deficit by nearly 50% to even achieve that number. Business investment was weak the entire 3 years of Trump's presidency, trailing the last 3 years of the previous administration.
