That's our problem on both sides. CJB is getting hit and has zero time to throw. Our lineman are being manhandled up front and its causing our running game to suffer.

Defensive line is getting owned and its actually causing the LB's to struggle. Not to mention allowing the qb all day to throw. We made an average QB look like a world beater today.

Overall the line play has to improve, otherwise we will not. Croston has to get better or get him out.

Our offensive line was exposed against Stanford in the Rose Bowl. You can be sure every defensive coordinator on our schedule studied that tape. As for our defensive line, we have struggled the past few years, with both lack of pressure on the QB and physicality against the run.

if you look at the stats it's downright scary how many rushing yards we are giving up vs. how many we run for and we haven't even faced a quality fbs offense or rush defense yet. Half of our yards in this game came from punt returns.

Forget winning, this team will be lucky not to get blown out in several Big 10 games.
