Heard there might be a big football game going on in Iowa City today.
Weather report....in a word, just about perfect. Little bit of an overcast sky, temps about 80 at kickoff. I know the forecast said more wind, but it doesn't appear to be blowing a whole lot now. Maybe 10-15 mph.
Bowl games here today....Citrus and Orange Bowls. Senior Bowl scout is here as are NFL scouts from the Bears, 49ers, Dolphins, and Steelers.
Sounds like the Hawkeyes are healthy heading into this game.
More to come in a bit. Will be heading down to see the recruits come in today. Need to see if there are any surprises.
