Syracuse got a kid in the 2015 class that IA had offered in PF 4* Lydon in the 2015 class, 6'8 180 lbs rated 66th best overall. would he be worth a look if he were to be released from his LOI?

It would be well worth a look if he is released, but I don't know if Fran wants to have 6 in a class. Unless he is planning on a redshirt for Christian Williams.

This, you don't really want a kid that walks on to campus at 250. If he's been playing basketball his whole life he should be pretty lean. Completely different training than a high school football lineman

for example to those that might question this kids size.

Labissiere the 6'10 center that is going to Kentucky only weighs 210 lbs
Moore a WF commit is 7'0 215 lbs.
Watkins a PSU commit is 6'8 210 lbs and is listed as a center.

Davis a PF is 6'9 210 lbs a MSU Commit
Lawson a PF is 6'8 195 lbs A Memphis commit.

these are just a few of the PF and Centers that have committed in the 2015 class.

Uhl 6'8 185 lbs can play the PF
Wagner 6'7 215 lbs will play the PF

size only matters weight wise in knowing how to use it.

I would guess all those players who committed to the Orange are staying, unfortunately. That was part of this whole charade about giving Boeheim another three years before he retires -- he stays, incoming recruits stay. (Rather than getting fired, which any school with a conscience would do.)
