So much has been lost due to the cancellations of NCAA tournaments, not the least of which is a chance to witness the end of a record-setting year for Luka. You feel terrible for Kreiner who worked his butt off for four years and should have been rewarded with a trip to the NCAA’s. Ditto for Bakari and Riley. But it is an opportunity for Luka to come back to school and have potentially another epic year and be surrounded by arguably the best collection of talent that Iowa has had in years. With the anticipated success that would come with the infusion of talent and the development of the younger players, team performance and publicity could only help Luka’s profile and prospects at the next level. There is some unfinished business.

His career scoring will be minus 40 points or more, since his season was cut short. Will be interesting if it affects his claim to #1 all time

I think he will leave as well. There is only so many years your body will hold up to make money playing basketball. The way he plays (all out all the time), I would not be surprised if he left. Just my opinion.

Well he is certainly good enough to make money playing Basketball. The only question will be where and when. (of course he could have made some money already had Kansas, Louisville, Arizona, etc. recruited him, but wasn't meant to be I guess!)

Didn't his dad already make a statement basically assuring that Luka would return for his senior year?
That said, it's too bad this season was cut short for him. At his current scoring rate, he might have added another hundred points to his overall total.

Frank said he prefer that Luka would return, but ultimately its up to him, as it should be. ....

The person who has the most impact
on Luka Garza is his father. Frank has
said that Luka will finish his Senior Yr
at Iowa. With Bohannon coming back
next season as well as Luka, we should
have a great team.

Isn’t this the year he can put his name in and if he’s not drafted he can come back as long as an agent isn’t involved? If so he’d be crazy to not to test the waters. I definitely want him back, but he’s got to do what’s best for him.

Actually, Frank Garza has said that it would be his "recommendation" that Luka come back for his senior season,.. But he also said that all decisions rest with Luka,.. Personally, I think he comes back...
