Maine Removes Trump From Ballot

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
[fn 1] Critics of the Colorado decision point out that Trump was never charged under that criminal statute. Nor was he convicted for insurrection during his impeachment trial. True enough. But technically, Section 3 doesn't mandate a criminal conviction; and it doesn't require proof beyond reasonable doubt.1 day ago

So you agree, Republicans in Congress didn't secure the border when they had control. Thanks for agreeing. Took awhile, but we got there. Don't you feel better?
There you are being dishonest again. How could they when they didn’t have 60 seats in the senate? At least the president did what he could.

Biden sent an immigration bill to congress on his first day in office. He also asked for congress to work something out in his 2023 report to congress, and McCarthy just sat there and smiled and laughed along with Cruz and a few other republicans sitting there. I see nothing funny about it. Both parties are equally responsible and I find it disgusting that they will not work together on this problem.
His immigration bill was money to help speed up the processing of immigrants. Compare that to the bill the house passed sitting in the senate. Which one would do anything to fix the border?

Isn't she the same person who was blown out in an election for a Senate seat? 2012 or 14?

The leftists complain about the right trying to ignore election results and overthrow democracy while at the same time trying to keep the opposition off the ballot. You can't out communist actual communists.
This is an effort to keep an ineligible candidate off the ballot.

That's a criminal standard being met on all 91 of his criminal charges. if the framers intended that to be a requirement, the amendment would say so. It doesnt.

Sounds like the left is afraid of Trump, why?

All this talk about Trump and the Constitution reminds of me that one time he posted this on Truth Social...

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution," in regards to the election being "stollen" from him.

Did it have a provision to rip babies from their mother's arms?

McConnell didn't have 60 seats when he pushed Gorsuch through with 51 votes, the first time a supreme court justice has had less than 60 votes.
