Had the Mueller report showed Russian collusion, House Femocrats would have impeached Trump on that.
For one thing Joe Biden is president and the D’s control the senate.
Trump had both of those in 2020. Didn’t come close to overturning the election.

Biden sent an immigration bill to congress on his first day in office. He also asked for congress to work something out in his 2023 report to congress, and McCarthy just sat there and smiled and laughed along with Cruz and a few other republicans sitting there. I see nothing funny about it. Both parties are equally responsible and I find it disgusting that they will not work together on this problem.
Tossing him from the ballot with decisions the most likely get tossed is a good way to get the ball rolling on that.
Especially when the Colorado SC is all D appointed and the Maine AG is a Dem.
Why didn't they or why didn't Mueller recommend that? Because there has been a long standing rule for not bringing charges to a sitting president. Mueller stated (paraphrase) he was not exonerated either.

Read 14th amendment and section 3 and you will see that trump has done this to himself.

So trump could be left off states ballots because he was part of an insurrection, and if that happens, the repubs in the house will manufacture a reason to not certify states that dems won. Oh yeah, sort of like Dems impeaching trump for his high crimes and misdemeanors and the repubs going to impeach Biden for (wait for it)

Democrats need to start mentioning the Griffins, Thiels, Koch’s and stuff way more. Seems like cons believe in the Soros bogeyman so maybe make sure the GOP bogeymen are well known too.
