yah i know what if's suck, but can you imagine how good this iowa team would be w/ MP?

one thing about it, i like Fran's chances to continue to lock down the iowa border in the future. UNC will always be a blue blood, but i don't think uncle roy will be able to saunter in to iowa and snag any player he wants (and, in fact, he didn't get woody).

i think the harrison barnes / MP type players of the future stay in state.

I like this team the way it is too, but.............. can you imagine Ulis or Paige? I agree, Fran is formidable competition when it comes to keeping Iowa talent at home "where they belong".

If Paige stayed at Iowa we'd be undefeated no.1. We'd probably win the Nat Title. And the no.2 team in the nation would be a wide margin worse than us. Lastly (counting Gessel) the Nat Champs starting 5 would all be from Iowa! That's crazy in-state talent!
