How dare you slander a classic B1G West matchup.
Sure, Alabama got trained by Oklahoma who is currently losing to Navy, but they deserved a playoff berth!!!!
I’ve watched maybe 2 minutes of the playoffs so far. I just don’t care and clearly didn’t miss much. Due to having a little more time I did enjoy the Rutgers game last night and the armed forces bowl today. It is a bit of a bummer that none of the traditional bowl games are on NYD this year. Citrus, Outback etc… are all being played on New Year’s Eve instead. Guess I will be forced to watch the playoffs on NYD because what else would I do?
Oklahoma needs a TD in the last 30 seconds here, or they will have gone scoreless since your comment and on the wrong end of a comeback loss. Impressive hex.

They did, and sacked. Looks like Navy will win it. I don’t like that call. Oklahoma drove at will that last drive. They had all the momentum going to OT.

Remember all the whining that Alabama should have been in the playoffs instead of SMU, didn't they lose to the team that just lost to Navy 24-3.
I was watching while on a phone call. How in the world does OU WR crew drop so many passeses.... oh, wait, I know.
They just got thumped in the second. It was fun to watch. It was just shocking how much of a light switch happened.
Navy almost had a passing game. Twice OU got beat deep and a decent throws to the WR/TE would have scored. OU needs to learn the term "stay deep". Picked OU to win but happy for Navy. Great finish to their season!
Also, Navy should have had a flag after the play for celebrating. I'm sure thats what BV was complaining about and he should. Roles reversed and OU is getting flagged.

Even the Winter Classic is on Tuesday. I've taken the 1st off work for my entire life. This year I took the 31st and will work on the 1st.

GTs OC running Haynes 4 times this half is criminal. They deserve to lose. Guy goes for 10 per and they handed him the ball twice in the 3rd Q and now twice in the 4th where he picked up 30 yards. Then they put the backup in and he fumbles after a guge gain. They are gashing them on the ground.
Yeah, they completely lost their shit after that horrible missed kick catch interference call.

It didn’t mean anything lol. I don’t “hate” the bowls, I just don’t care about them. Been that way for a while. The playoffs are the future. Bowls will slowly fade over time.
The playoff games so far have all been blowouts, while most of the bowl games so far have been very competitive.
Irrelevant to me. I’m not gonna tell you to not like bowl games. ENJOY! I don’t fvcking care for them because to me they are pointless.
Apparently you missed the point but yes, that is exactly what I did as I posted in post #62. I will be out skiing New Year’s Day. First time I haven’t watched college bowl games for n NYD in probably 40 years.
