After reading that my take is:
1. Tucker is not a man of integrity and is stupid
2. The woman is trying to cash out. If she was truly traumatized seems to me she would have reported it right away or at the very least keep the text messages while she thought about it. Only after it seems Tucker moved on from her did it seem she was then traumatized, which shows, in my opinion, that she was never truly traumatized nor was she trying to cash out at the beginning.
3. Michigan St. is wanting to get out of a horrible contract because they realize they should have given the money to Kenneth Walker instead of Tucker.
Doesn't matter what happens in court, Tucker is gone and this woman is going to get paid, and Michigan St. gets a new coach.
Moral of the story is: Don't be stupid.
