Meh, I’ve never come across a decent Iowa fan on social media if Nebraska is the topic. You’re as close to decent as it gets for Iowa fans. I get it though, it’s tough on you guys knowing that Nebraska football has achieved a greatness in college football that Iowa never had and most likely never will. Iowa will not equal or surpass Nebraska in my lifetime for sure.

You haven’t understood one thing I’ve posted. The fact is, Iowa fans are always triggered by anything Nebraska football. The fact that most Iowa fans need to try and delegitimize all of the great accomplishments of Nebraska football says a lot about Iowa fans. The problem starts with Iowa fans and ends with Iowa fans. You would never find a Nebraska fan trying to delegitimize Iowa football’s modest accomplishments.
You not liking Iowa is fine but why do you keep coming over here and acting like we pissed in your cheerios? You need to get better at being a respectable adult and not be so bitter towards winners. Nebraska football has had like three winning years out of the last 10. They are perennially 4-8 or 3-9 anymore. They just suck each year. And they lose to Iowa almost every year. The only thing they have to cheer about is next year. They used to be relevant... in the '80s. Since then they are irrelevant. Get top talent but lose all the time. Thank God Iowa doesn't replicate that program. And don't even get me started about bowl games. They have forgotten what those are. But when you have a losing record every year well you're not going to see any.
A&M hasn't had a TEdrafted since 2005. Eric, why not at least take your official visit?
So you're simply upset at the fact that Iowa fans are passionate about their team. When you see the talent Iowa receives, which is significantly lower than teams like Georgia, Alabama, and Ohio State, but they continually pump out NFL ready talent, again, again, and again, there's no denying that the culture and way we prepare these young men for the next level is different than anywhere else in the country. Whether you're uneducated, worthless, lying ass likes it or not. There's no program out there that does more with less than we do. In fact, I dare you to name one.
The numbers don't lie, no matter how you want to twist it. Iowa is different; we know it, you know it, and the country knows it. There isn't an Iowa fan out there that claims we're perfect, and we have plenty to improve on, but Kirk teaches class, integrity, and hard work to these guys, and that's why they make it to the NFL.

I could give 2 shites about Nebby. My cousins kid played there, I cheered for them when not playing Iowa. I give him Hawk stuff for xmas, just to razz him, we laugh about it all.

There is nothing wrong with being proud of your team. Nebraska was good.....but that is in the past. It is highly unlikely they will ever return to the level they once were.
To try and lord something from the past over a program (such as Iowa) that is clearly the superior program right now, is silly. That would be like a citizen of Italy strutting around bragging about the time Romans basically ruled the world.

I’ve always taken it that fans of other schools who post on our site have so little going on their own team’s site that they come here because we are far more interesting than the ennui they suffer from on their own site. I don’t see it as a bother, rather I take it as a compliment to us. So, thank you for the extra traffic. It only makes our site stronger, financially and otherwise.
