At this point I would be ecstatic with 3rd. It appears there are three guys out of his league right now. Kind of frustrating, as they have continued to increase their distance over him.

I do think Spencer could benefit by being a little more loose in the 1st period. It's a fine line because it's important to be intense. But I think he expends some energy inefficiently.

I think it’s more of an issue that he doesn’t make it out of the first period very much. Not enough mat time to stretch his lungs. He’s looking better now though.

The issue is that guys like Parris and Kerkroid are just stronger than Cass.

He has to avoid giving up those easy takedown early against Parris.
